First, you have to be logged in. Second, in the User Menu choose "Submit an Article". Next you can add a title for your news article, and add content. You can use the familiar icons in the editor to bold items, set the font size, etc. Be sure to break up your article into manageable paragraphs.

After a check mark appears next to your file, click the "x" to close the upload window, and click on your filename which is now in the image gallery. Once you do, the image preview will show up and the URL field will automatically fill in. You can now click "Insert" at the bottom.
